Methodology

wonder

Curiosity about a different life.

more

Curiosity how life might be different.
Flash of insight.
Burst of inspiration.
Perception of change in the making.

Thoughts and feelings like these percolate quietly within one’s being; they can also discharge like lightening, reverberating within ones reality. Either way, once intuition has called you, you can’t “un-know.”

ask

Question to gain information.

more

To ask is generally defined “to put a question to gain information or obtain an answer.” What is this restlessness I’m feeling? Where can I go to discover the answer? When is the “right” time to make a move? Why does it matter?  Who can I trust with my question?  How do I investigate the unknown??

Asking entails shedding pretense of expertise.  Asking tests one’s mettle, especially when the answer may be difficult to hear, and leads to more questions.

journey

Bring into motion.

more

Journeying is putting oneself in motion. It takes self-discipline to stay the course, and non-judgment when tripping up.

Journeying can be an end to itself. It can also be an ongoing path to something yet to be determined.

manifest

Evidence of something made.

more

Manifest is the evidence of something made. Manifest reflects a belief one can determine one’s own destiny.

integrate

Organize things so they exist together

more

Integrating is coordinating things in a way that they can exist together or become part of a greater whole.

The process of integration demands attention to possibility, and to what works.

center

Balance within one’s experience.

MORE

To center is to balance within what one experiences.  It’s not so much an exact spot or place, as much as a perpetual movement guided by calmness.
